First, we know many lot owners who don't know how to start the search for the design of their dream home because there aren't many parties out there who give early exposure to their potential customers and many are also confused about how to choose dream house design that fits their finances and lot size.

Second, we understand that many are not confident in their "design" choices because they have no basic knowledge in house construction and are afraid of being deceived by irresponsible parties causing them to stress and "give up" to make their dream home a reality. The dumping of contractors and craftsmen, especially those who are not registered, makes many lot owners suspicious and very careful in selecting contractors for the construction of their dream house.
